What kind of world are we living in?????
Every time I turn on the TV, I find a program that is REWARDING people for being slobs or spendthrifts or rude, mean, and ugly.
This REALITY Thing is DISGUSTING. If I didn't see it, I wouldn't believe it. REWARDING sloth and laziness and irresponsibility.

I watched the program last night -- for the first and only time. I would be embarrassed beyond words if I were that mother and father. And to show my shame on TV???? Beyond belief.
No wonder America is in the mess it's in.

(*) You remember that generation, don't you? Apparently the LAST generation that was taught to persevere and work hard and then . . . keep on keepin' on . . . to achieve our goals.
